Training & Qualifications

An accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and I adhere to their ethical guidelines. I also hold professional indemnity insurance and have a DBS certificate.

I have a Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic counselling and a Diploma in Relationship counselling. This means I have training in various modalities; and will use tools and different ways of working that I consider most helpful to you. This is because we are all individuals, therefore what may suit one client may not necessarily suit another.

Experience in counselling adults (18yrs plus) on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, family difficulties, relationship difficulties, bereavement, infant loss, panic attacks, trauma, low self-esteem, low confidence and general non-specific issues.
