Fees

Individuals - My standard fee is £45 per 50 minute session. 
First session for individuals is £30 (This is a 50 minute session).

Couples - My standard fee is £60 per 50 minute session. 

Payment in full is required at the end of each session, either by cash or bank transfer.

The First Session

I offer prospective clients an initial session. This gives us both the opportunity of considering whether we wish to work together. It is important to feel comfortable with your counsellor. If we decide to work together we will arrange a time for a regular weekly session.

Availability 

Weekdays, morning, afternoon and early evening.

Ongoing sessions

We will usually meet weekly, on the same day and at the same time.

How Many sessions will I need?

This varies, from short-term to longer-term work. I suggest a minimum of 6 sessions but we will continue with the sessions (if you are comfortable to do so) to work through what you have identified as troubling you.
